If in the event that your grades fail to improve after using the course, we shall give you a refund of RM10.00 after deducting various costs- administrative, commissions, etc.

Here are the Terms and Conditions for a refund:

i) Furnish proof of purchase.
ii) Furnish proof that you have completed the exercises provided in the 24 lessons;
iii) Furnish proof of school Trial Exam/Final Exam/SPM Exam Results for SPM English 1119 indicating no improvement or a deterioration of your grade in the subject.

There shall be no refund once the transaction has been processed. The lessons will take effect once the transaction has been processed and the course must be completed before any request for refund can be entertained.
